Refund Policy

Toufan Auto Services Center is a trusted automotive workshop in the UAE, delivering reliable repairs, maintenance, and customization services under one roof.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services, repairs, products, and online bookings provided by Toufan Auto Services Center. By using our services, booking appointments, or making payments, you agree to this policy.


1. COMPLETED SERVICES

Automotive services including but not limited to:

  • Mechanical repairs
  • Electrical repairs
  • Bodywork and denting
  • Painting services
  • AC servicing
  • Diagnostics
  • Tyre and wheel services

are non-refundable once completed, as these involve labor, technical work, and workshop resources.

If you believe a completed service was not performed correctly, you must notify us within 7 calendar days from vehicle collection.

If the issue is verified to be due to our workmanship, we may at our discretion:

  • Re-perform the service at no additional cost, or
  • Refund the labour portion of the original invoice

2. PARTS & PRODUCTS

Parts supplied by Toufan Auto Services Center may be covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.

Non-returnable items:
  • Installed parts
  • Opened oils and lubricants
  • Batteries after installation
  • Tyres after fitting
  • Consumables and chemicals

Installed parts cannot be refunded unless confirmed defective under manufacturer warranty.


3. DEPOSITS & ADVANCE PAYMENTS

Deposits or advance payments made for:

  • Parts ordering
  • Appointment booking
  • Workshop slot reservation

may be refunded only if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

After 24 hours, deposits are generally non-refundable due to operational commitments.


4. DIAGNOSTIC & INSPECTION FEES

Fees charged for:

  • Vehicle inspection
  • ECU scanning
  • Electrical diagnosis
  • Troubleshooting
  • Technical consultation

are non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer proceeds with repair work.


5. ONLINE PAYMENTS

For payments made through online payment gateways:

  • Payment confirmation is normally issued via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • If payment is deducted but no confirmation is received within 48 hours, contact us immediately

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, subject to bank/card processing times.


6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

  • Deposit forfeiture
  • Rescheduling charges (where applicable)

7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund or raise a complaint, contact us with:

  • Customer name
  • Vehicle plate number
  • Invoice/job card number
  • Date of service
  • Description of issue

  • Resolve cases within 14 working days

8. DISPUTES

If you are not satisfied with our final resolution, you may escalate your complaint to:

Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) – Consumer Protection

as permitted under UAE consumer laws.


9. CHANGES TO POLICY

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
